When your lungs are fully inflated, you will be naturally boyent.

Practically all your equipment is boyent so you will float without inflating your bcd, especially without a wieght belt (The weight belt will have a quick release just in case). But, its advisable that you do keep it inflated at the surface. This will keep your head clear of the water.

Good luck with your training, you will enjoy it.
