Just had 2 12l steel Heiser cylinders failed and scrapped by my local dive shop !!
No external rust or Corrosion.
"Internal pitting, 10% stretch, oversize threads" !
Asked to see calibration certs for thread gauges and pressure gauges on test rig.
Was told thats between HSE and me !! £260 at todays prices.
Can I get a second opinion ?
Who is POLICING IDEST ??

tramadol If it's too good to be true, it's probably a rigged demo.

Any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from a rigged
demo.
