Hi!
I am new here, this is my first post! :-)
I can only recommend Cabo Verde Diving, in Sal. I've been there this year with planetdive.co.uk (they had some special offers) and I was satisfied both with the Dive School and the travel agent, whose staff was really friendly and impartial, they gave me a lot of (impartial) tips!
Otherwise nothing else comes to my mind, it was my first time there I must say, I'm not that experienced!
It was a friend of mine who recommended going to this school, also because he had previously booked with planetdive, so I'll ask him should we bump into each other and I'll let you know, hope this helps!
