Hello everyone,

I'd like to organise a weekend away for my husband, for his 30th birthday, in or around July.

We're both keen divers and he's really into food and cooking so I thought of combining the two.
We both have our Open water PADI (and will also probably have done our Advanced by then too).

I recently read about being able to scallop dive in North West Scotland but it's looking to be very complicated and costly to get there.

Ideally I'm looking for somewhere which would take you scallop diving then teach you ways of cooking with it.
Does such a place exist in the UK?

I'm open to other suggestions if not!
