Having recently learned to dive I was looking to buy my own fins however I have size 2 / 3 feet. I was looking to buy a pair of adjustable fins but it seems even the extra small with thick booties are still far too large.

On recent trips I have rented kids fins but these offer little power when presented with strong current.

Any suggestions????? Is a full foot with fin socks a better idea????
Any advice would be great!!!

Sorry - I think I will mostly be diving warm waters for the mo!

I would have thought a full foot with fin socks would be damn awkward to put on and off - especially on a rib bouncing on the waves!

I picked up a pair of scuba pro adjustable fins at simplyscuba's web site last year. I am a size 3. I do however, use sailing bootees with them - as I already had these and they are very similar to dive boots but have a slightly thicker sole. Hope this is of use to you.
