If your neck can cope with the prolonged hyper extension involved with diving then there's no problem with going deeper than 18 metres, similarly with tennis elbow - the depth should not affect this at all. Some people with cervical spondylosis get neurological symptoms (such as pins and needles) in their arms, and this could be worsened by the neck hyper extension, so this is a potential risk for you. This could happen at any depth however.
