Is it OK to dive on the same day as my flight back to the UK? Should I stick to a depth limit or not dive at all?

Its best not to dive on the day of flying,
the 24 hr rule applies here where to err on the side of caution, you should not dive 24hrs before flying so that would mean the day of the dive.
