Bewl Water

Bewl Water lies in the Weald of Sussex and Kent, in the land between the villages of Wadhurst, Lamberhurst, and Ticehurst. Our club dived Bewl last year, and my most vivid memory is the darkness - below 10m is total blackout. If you stir up the mud you get zero vis too.However, we did have a bit of fun swimming under the bridge that once carried the road before bewl was flooded.
