Blue Lagoon, Arlesey

Blue Lagoon is an abandoned chalk quarry regularly dived by North Herts Divers. The Lagoon contains platforms, sunken cars, boat parts, and some sunken huts inhabited by large pike. Diving is restricted to 7-9.30am on Saturday and Sunday mornings. for pictures of the blue lagoon, when it was just a clay, pit i suggest trying terry's barbers in the village, as he used to (i dont know if he still has) a large range of old Arlesey photos

there is only a little bit of fairfeilds left as they are developing new housing estate there and what is left of the building i think they are turning it into flats
