I did my SSI Open Water and Advanced Adventurer a few months ago, will have to look into exploring Pembrokeshire's underwater world when the weather picks up a bit! Also, the link for Dive Pembrokeshire leads to a site in Japanese. I suspect this may be the correct link:

Hi Recently went shore diving to Pembroke with my daughter - Stackpole Quay and Martin's haven- she has recently qualified and we were in search of some gentle and relaxed shore diving. Overall a very good experience- excellent visibility - lots of marine life and calm water with little current. Ideal for new divers.... I would recommend it!
