Hi.\
\
Name\'s Sergey, I\'m from Russia.\
I\'m considering a commercial diver\'s career as a ticket out of this Mordor. I\'m pretty much fluent in English and Spanish, I also learn German. I wish to get a job in commercial diving in the EU and move there. I just need a piece of advice. Is there a possibility of getting an entry-level job in the industry being a foreigner? I plan to take training courses (IDSA Level 1 or HSE equivalent) next year.\
\
The thing is that I\'ve heard different kinds of rumors. Some people say there\'s shortage in underwater staff, others say the industry doesn\'t need people at all at this moment. Considering the fact I am a Russian citizen the latter case renders my plan completely meaningless.\
\
Please, don\'t get angry at me for my immigrant intentions. I really want to work hard for this whatever it takes.\
\
So, is it worth a shot?
