Hello,
I am fairly new to the diving world, and I'm in need of a pair of fins. I have problems with my knee and ankle joints and find after a dive so far they are quite tender. I'm told there are fins to help take the pressure from your knees when you are under water. Can anyone recommend any for this?

Thanks :)

hi HannyJ. try any split fins, like scubapro twin jets or twin jet max. should work, when you get use to them.

Thanks Nurek, I've heard the Scubapro Seawing Nova are the best ones for those with bad knee joints. Will take a look! Thanks
