Yep, Thurlestone Bay in Devon probably one of the better ones. Park up near Thurlestone Golf Club car park, walk across the beach, wreck of the Louis Shied (2nd world war Belgian merchantman) is about 150 metres offshore. Well broken, but worth a rummage.

Others that spring to mind (West to East) are:

Porthkerris Reef (The Lizard, Cornwall)
Pendennis Point (Falmouth, Cornwall)
Chesil Cove (Weymouth, Dorset)
Lulworth cove (Dorset)
Kimmeridge bay (Dorset)
Swanage pier (Dorset)
Bognor Reef (Sussex)
