Hello Divers,

I currently own the full 6 volume set of the Shipwreck Index of the British Isles by Richard & Bridget Larn.

The full set consists of;

Volume 1 'The West Country', 1995 ISBN 0-900528-88-5
Volume 2 'The South Coast', 1996 ISBN 0-900528-99-0
Volume 3 'The East Coast', 1997 ISBN 1-900839-10-5
Volume 4 'Scotland', 1998 ISBN 1-900839-01-6
Volume 5 'Wales & the West Coast', 2000 ISBN 1-900839-61-X
Volume 6 'Shipwreck Index of Ireland', 2002 ISBN 1-900839970

These are the Hardback editions, complete with dust-covers, minimal signs of usage and in pretty good condition. I am very aware that these books are no longer in print and according to Richard Larn - unlikely to be reprinted. The complete set is a fantastic reference library and would be considered a very rare opportunity to buy the complete set in one go.
As many of you have indicated, this is a relatively rare opportunity to buy the complete set.

Also, as again, many others have indicated through their own personal web research, certain volumes command a high price.
As some of you will be aware, I have advertised this collection elsewhere, and received a positive response. As yet, I have not excepted any offers, I mainly wanted to discover the market demand. The average price offered across all the various forums and sites that this collection was advertised has been 350 excluding Postage & Packaging which has been calculated by weight and size via Royal Mail Special Delivery as being 25.

I am currently en-route home (I'm a commie diver) and expect to be home before the weekend (11th/12th Feb 2012). My wife has kept me abreast of the emails and messages. I have therefore decided in the interest of fairness, to list this full collection on Ebay on Saturday 11th February at a starting bid of 350 + 25PP for 10 days (I have shore leave for 14 days). I apologize in for the delay in response to messages and email.

I will let you know when the collection has been placed on ebay.

Kind regards to you all
