Hello everyone i'm Steve. I love to dive but last year i become little fat. I want to lose weight quickly, but this is impossible only with exercises so i decided to get some medical product. I found some product called Lipovon, anyone know it? My friend told me that this is effective, what do you think? Is it possible to lose weight with this?

It's made of Hoodia, this is some kind of cactus, it's just a plant

I don't agree there are many products based on hoodia extract, and if the hoodia is pure it's works

Really??? You Want a quick fix to losing fat?? Sadly mos people are miffed and foolish when it comes to using dietary supplements/fat burners.

Diet will be the difference. Eat 4x a day minimum, 50g protien and 20g fat per meal. And exercise. 1hr Cardio a day and weights if you want to build a little muscle along the way.

Pills will normally do a few things. Some see 12lns weight loss in a month. Hell you can't physically do that lol. Most of it will be water retention reduction, glycogen depletion and other things.

One things the pills normally do do is cause the body to drop water and increase the blood pressure putting the left ventricle in your heart under unnecessary and unhealthy pressure.

The diet above (50g pro /20g far x4) is around 1600 calories. That and the exercise will see you dropping fat.

Expect the first week to see a dramatic drop (roughly 4-10lbs). This will pretty much be all water as the reduction of carbs will drop the holding of water by body cells.

From then on, expect to lose 1-2lbs fat a week for the duration of your diet.

4-10 lbs for a week just from doing some diet sounds unreal

It's a neat trick of the body mate. By eating the diet above, you actually hold a lot less water. So of that 10lbs variation, depending on bodyfat levels obviously and normal daily diet, 80% would be water being cast off as fat holds less water than carbs.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not one of these carb hatred, but this is the safest and most efficient way of clearing fat when body fat percentage is higher than 12%. Once lower than this, certain refeeds are required to Stoke the metabolism.

Very handy trick if you want to shed a couple of lbs before your next medical ;)

if you hold a lot less water, you'll be dehydrated. It doesn't sound good to me mate

I guess you have little understanding on just how much water the body requires to hold. It will hold what it requires, when it is abundantly available as we have it. There if you eat watery food , it will generally hold more. If you drink plenty of fluids, it will recycle it's water cells and hold what is required.

There is a big difference in being fully hydrated and holding excess water in adipose tissue.

But thanks for making a comment on something you clearly have no clue about.
