simple way is to bouy wreck as normal, allowing sufficient for tidal range, attach a small bouy to the main bouy on around three metres of rope. when tide is running, small bouy is pushed off main bouy, as tide slackens, bouy will move together. spend a lot of time in spain rebouying our wrecks, we don't need two bouys, but telling spanish operators to allow enough line to allow for tidal movement and heavy seas is talking to the wall!!!!!
