Hi all.

I completed my Open Water 8 years ago and finally got back in the water last year in Spain, slightly lapsed!!

Now having been bitten by the bug again am keen to carry on in the UK but don't now what to do or how. Our local dive club, Ashford Dive Club, has disappeared and I know no other divers, help!!

Should I visit a dive shop and arrange things through them or is their another dive club in the area? And from peoples experience which is the best way to go? I would like to get my dive quota up and build my experience so that next summer I can enjoy more challenging dives and not be the token "newbie"!

Thanks in advance

Chances are most dive shops also do courses so they would be able to advise you on what to do and how to go about doing it, they may also organise diving trips. Could be an option to go for.
Hope you get something sorted

I'm guessing that this must be Ian so hello!
Please tell me more! The website looks great and the club sounds interesting, so where do you meet and when? Am I the only "newbie" (still scared of looking an idiot amongst all the dive masters!) and how do I get involved.
