I have an Olympus C-5000 with the pt019 underwater case I am trying to use my sealife strobe SL960 with it. When I take a photo with both going off ie the strobe triggered by the cameras flash the image comes out very dark can someone help please. what am I doing wrong.

not sure what controls you have on either the oly or the strobe, but......

if the cam has it, use flash exposure compensation to boost the power of the flash. with my 5060 i used to use FEC of +1.66 and set the camera exposure (EV) to -1

failing that, run the flash manually and dial in the settings to the camera manually. again, the 5060 would allow me to set both the aperture and shutter speed. i could then get the exact exposure that was desired.
