Hi, this might be a really silly question but I'm going diving on Thursday at Capernwray in the same equipment I used last time (in October) but since then I have lost a stone in weight. Will I need more or less weights or about the same. Technically with fat being more buoyant I would think it would be less weight but thought I would check.
Any advice is gratefully received

it won't make a great deal of difference. when i shifted 3.5 stone a number of years ago i never bothered adjusting the weight belt. iirc, about 2lbs eventually came off it. biggest difference was in gas usage and general improvement in dive fitness.
if you find you need more gas in your bcd to maintain neutral, then you know you can look at dropping some weight from the belt.
