i use seal saver on the seals but wondered what people used to treat their drysuit boots.

what do you mean by "treat their drysuit boots"?
if the drybag smells, it gets washed and dried.

sorry, i wanted to know if people treat the rubber boots with silicon or similar.

generally no need as the boots should be sufficiently hard wearing to not require anything other than the occasional dust over with french chalk / baby talc, if that.
use the same talc on the seals as well. nice and cheap. zip gets lubed with either block beeswax, or the lube that came with the suit.
