My wife an I dived their last Summer. We stayed in Choeng Mon which is beutiful but so is the whole island, I am so jealous! We dived with Coral Grand divers who were excellent. They have a fantastic well equiped speed boat and the staff are excellent. We booked through Sea Robin who were a bit of a waste of space to be honest but you can book directly with Coral Grand via their website.
We dived Sail Rock which is really good but not really for novice divers (I felt that the dive companies in Thailand were less careful than other places I've dived and will let you do pretty much anything, which is scary. This is a personal opinion based on some of the companies we used but not Coral Grand). Koh Toa is great for diving and their are lots of sites there and it's really pretty. We booked to go to Ang Thong but the weater was bad and the viz became so poor we couldn't go there to dive. You must go on a day trip to Ang Thong as it is so beutiful.

Hope this helps. If you need any more tips, message me and I will try and help.
