Can anyone tell me what a PADI divemaster is entitled to do without an instructor being present with regard to non-divers and try dives within a pool environment?

A DM can only conduct PADI sanctioned 'Discover Scuba Diving' courses under the supervision of an instructor.

After the DM has done a DSD internship -he conducts so many DSD's under supervision and an instructor signs off his paperwork, then approved by PADI-, he can conduct them on his own with reduced numbers and only in confined water.
