I've got a typhoon membrane drysuit used for about 6 dives now. I ordered it with cuff dump fitted at manufacture.

This suit has been so good that even testing it in the pool my sweat was dry. NEVER had a problem until my last 3 dives.

For some reason its started leaking on the left arm, and i'm almost positive its the cuff dump.

What do i need to check and how before i have to ship this suit back or probably cheaper to goto the local dive store to get them to check it.

check that there is no sand etc under the rubber plug (bit like the exhaust valve in a reg) which is preventing making a proper seal. the dump should just unscrew so that you can clean all of the surfaces etc. i'm assuming you have a non auto-dump valve?
if you need to replace it, you may want to consider blanking the cuff dump off completely and replacing it with an upper arm auto dump valve. i've never had problems with one of those.
