I was wondering if anyone else suffers this problem, I get overexerted very easily underwater when finning into a current etc.
I am physically active, fit and in pretty good shape (IMHO!) and usually good on air but seem more prone to it than the folks who I dive with.

Hi what type of fins are you using, a lot of people are growing about split fins but if you do some research you will find that they are less useful when swimming against a current. I personaly perfer mares planner addvanti, proberley the best all rounders on the market. bit like a volvo take a bit to get going but keep going when others give up. Paul

i have been diving 30 years .we are not fish therefor try the following 1 go at your at your own pace dont try to keep up .2 are your legs in finning shape build up musle with practice 3 are you over weighted & nead air in bc this forms drag
