Hi guys.

I am currently on my travels around the world like many people do after Uni. I have done my open water padi in Thailand, and just recently done my advanced in Australia diving the Yongala wreck.

I have now done around 12 dives and am going to do a few more in Fiji. I figured that as I have spent a fortune on diving it would make sense to do some diving when I get home. The problem is I have no idea where the best places to go are.

I live in Bradford up North, but am soon to move down to London for a new job. I love seeing fish, so any sites would preferably have a few fish there - not so keen on quarry dives and the like but may try one a bit later on.

Its going to be a lot colder thats for sure, and much less visability but I'd like to see if I get the same enjoyment back home. I have a few problems with my ears (usually on the 2nd dive of the day) but I managed to get down to 28meters. Would feel most comfortable between 5m - 20m but if something special to see would go down deeper.

Any suggestion and help would be appreciated.

If inland sites are not your thing (and trust me i fully appreciate that!), then how about looking at some places sucha s portland or Swanage. Both places offer some excellent dives for all types of divers, i found that after returnign to England that the walls outside Portland harbour where great dives, and some of the wrecks inside are a great building block to more advanced dives, these i fell will give you a real taste for what GB diving can be like.I wish you the best of luck.
