Hi I been diving for the past twenty years and tried many makes of DV for the last 12 years + I have used Apeks valves they have performed well in all conditions and at depth of 40m+ they are easy to get serviced and in my opiniom are among the best on the market, P.S most of my diving is in the UK all year round in temps down to 4 degrees, hop this is of some help Paul BSAC Advanced instructor

I managed to get hold of a Mares abyss & octopus for around the 300 mark. I suggest you contact Days diversified in Townhill Swansea extremely helpfull & offer far better prices than most other dive shops.

Guzzlar. I dive with Apeks ATX 50/ 40 regs and would recommend them to anyone who is starting to dive. www.godive.net currently have ATX50 Reg + ATX40 Octopus + guages + hoses + DS1 1st stage on offer for 310.

BTW. I am not connected to godive in anyway but you will struggle to beat this price
