Best method of treatment for meniscus tear to be able to continue diving for years to come?
I've seen a doctor about my knee and they believe that i've possibly torn my meniscus. x-rays have been taken and I've been referred to specialist who I'll see near the end of the month.

Thanks for the query.

There's no reason a diver needs to be treated any differently to a non-diver for this type of injury, so I would defer to the opinion of the specialist. If you are sporty in general, then mention this as they will want some idea of the stresses your knee is likely to be exposed to in the future.

Hope that helps
