will i pass a hse medical if i take 60mg of citalpram as i dont want to pay out if its a no no thank you

It's unlikely that you would pass taking that sort of dose of a psychotropic medication. You don't say what you are on it for, but in most cases the condition itself is regarded as being unsafe for the supervision of other divers. Some disorders, if they have been treated and resolved (and you are off medication), can be passed as fit for the HSE, for example single episodes of depression, so if this is the case, then you might be okay once you have stopped taking the citalopram.
