On my past three dives I have been getting dizzy while asending, this always seemes to happen on my first dive then on my second dive i am ok,
I have slowed my asent as other buddies had said to do this but it still occurs and on the first dive of the day, any help or adivce would be great. many thanks

Its called ABV or alterno baric vertigo,
dont worry,
it is common,
just ascend really slowly and stop if it occures and go down a metre until your ears pop.
