Dear Dr Jules, I've had a tooth removed last week and things got a little complicated. I had to have some bone removed and the gum cut. I will be having the stitches removed on Wednesday. When will I be OK to go diving? Will it be when the outside wound has healed or do I have to wait for the underlying bone to fuse together?

Many thanks,
