I went on my first sea dive and I was fine whilst the boat was moving but once it stopped and I started getting kitted up I was baddly seasick and had to abort the dive. Is there anything I can do or take that would reduce this

Start with ginger and watching the swell...
if that fails take non-drowsy sleeping tablets,
if that fails Stemetil can be used.
