If you’re an experienced commercial diver from overseas and want to work in UK waters you will need an HSE (Health & Safety Executive) diving certification. The good news is that once you have this HSE certification it is widely recognised internationally as one of the preferred dive tickets to have. If you have enough dives at the correct variety of depths you would be eligible to attend The Underwater Centre’s Experienced Candidate Assessment course (ECA). This 3 week course allows you to fast-track through the HSE Surface Supplied course and also complete the HSE Surface Supplied Top-Up, required for off-shore work. It also includes your HSE First Aid at Work. If you would like more information on any of this please give us a call on 0044 (0) 1397 703786.
