Hi guys, GUE Training Director Andrew Geogitsis and his fellow Fith Dimmension Instructor Michael Kane will be running a series of GUE Fundamentals cprograms and a rec Triox Course at Capernwray, Near Lancaster. The dates are: Fundamentals- 26/27/28 November and 1/2/3 December. They will be running a series of free DIR demos over the weekend of 29/30-this is your chance to find out more about DIR!
