Go to the local pharmacy and ask them for some of those silica gel packs that are used to absorb moisture. Your problem stems from ambient moisture condensing on the inside of the housing when it gets chilled from the cold water. The process is quite natural and does not indicate that you have leftover moisture from a previous leak. It's the same process as having a pair of glasses fog up on a hot humid day when you walk into an air-conditioned room. What you need to do is eliminate the moisture absorbed in the air inside the camera. To do this, simply place three or four of the silica packs around the camera when the camera is mounted in the housing. Close the housing, leaving the silica packs in place, and go diving. After every two of three dives change the silica packs and dry the ones used in your kitchen oven at about 225 degrees F for a couple of hours and then store them in a tightly sealed bottle for use later.
