I have just bought an Ikelite housing for a F90, and faced the same problem when considering a Sea and Sea strobe. I ended up buying an Ikelite strobe, but the shop researched the possibility of using a Sea and Sea. Per their advice, you cannot get a sync cord with Nikon connector one end, and a Sea Sea other end. However, they suggested using an Ikelite twin cord attachment for the housing. Apparently that allows the use of a Sea and Sea sync cord. Never followed it up, but might be worth a shot.
