Don't get hung up on the agency. Open water certs are open water certs. Check out the instructor! This is the person you will be trusting your daughter's life too.

I've had some really good instructors (NAUI, NASDS, TDI, IANTD, NACD) and I've had some poor one's. Essentially you should review the content of the course, the equipment you/she will be trained on and the level of experience of the instructor. Too many people get on a band wagon of getting the next cert, just to play a game of one-upmanship (should be person but you get the idea!) without necessarily having sufficient experience and confidence to teach others how to survive in the water.

Just a few pennies worth of advice,

PS Any club that makes you buy all the gear in 6 months ain't worth joining!
