All the recreational Scuba bodies have to teach the same basic set of skills, and meet certain standards. So it doesn't really matter who you do the course with, be it PADI, BSAC, SSA, SSI, NAUI, YMCA etc. Your best bet is to find a school or club locally which runs courses which fit in with your budget and timeframe and go from there.
