I worked at Red sail Sports for 7 months. They would do 2 dives in the morning, one to 30m then 0ne to 15m. The boat stayed out for both dives but you didn't have to make the deep dive. They would then go out again for a 15m dive in the afternoon.

Eden Roc has shore diving and PADI and BSAC. Sunset House also has shore diving. They are based more to the South of the Island where there is some brilliant shore diving. The centres along Seven Mile Beach will tend to be boat diving including the wall dives.
