There are two small grub screws holding the rear of the torch in place. They are located at the back end of the cylinder on opposite sides to each other and at 90 degrees to the handle. You need a 2mm allen key to undo them. The rear panel can then be prized out (carefully). You'll need to kake sure that the o-ring seals OK when you re-assemble it, using some silicone grease.
