i have a1600 ford escort diesel which has been marinised with an impeller pump, belt driven from a pulley bolted to the injector pump pulley circulating seawater through a heat exchanger
then out through the exhaust.(the timing belt cover has a hole cut in it to accomodate the pulley). the exhaust manifold has a short bit of pipe welded on and fitted to a length of marine rubber hose going out stern of boat. there is about a 1 inch diameter pipe welded in the manifold just before where the rubber hose fits on to take the heat exchanger water back out the exhaust to sea,thats about it, hope it helps ,e mail me for anymore information.
