We have received isolated reports from customers that they have experienced difficulty in withdrawing the integrated weight pockets from their IST Saturn BCD’s. The pockets affected are only those with Velcro fitted on both sides of the weight pouch.

Owners are asked to check whether the pockets on their IST Saturn BCD’s can be pulled out with reasonable force only. If this is not the case, then the pockets only should be returned to the retailer for exchange or direct to Sea & Sea Diveteam.

All users of BCD’s with integrated weight systems are reminded that as part of a pre-dive check they should always check that their weight pockets are easily removable whilst being securely retained.
