Hi, my name is Ian, 40. Based in the south (Bournemouth), but prepared to travel. Got about 500 dives, so pretty experienced. Seeking quality buddy.

Hi Ian, my name is Chris and I'm a BSAC Dive Leader who has been diving for about 20 years on and off. Unfortunately the club I'm part of is only interested in diving the same six sites, that is if they dive at all. I'm always looking to dive new and interesting places and feel like I've only just scratched the surface down here in the southwest. I've almost completed my instructor training and have been lucky to have dived across the globe so I'd like to think I've got a bit of experience. I dive with a standard 12ltr single cylinder setup but have been toying with buying a twin set for some time but you really need a like minded buddy with similar kit to do that. If you let me know what kind of diving you want to do we can see if we're compatible and go from there.
Regards
Chris

Hi Chris, sounds like we've had similar experience with clubs! I like diving wrecks in the 30-40 meter range, of which there are an abundance on the British coast, so more of that type of diving. Maybe some decent drifts in Cornwall. I wouldn't mind getting up to scotland at some point of as well and dive skapa. But really for now do a lot more wreck diving , with the odd shore dive (if it's worthwhile) and some decent drifts. I dive with a 15 ltr with a 3 ltr pony and am qualified nitrox. If that sound interesting to you, give me a ring . Ian Jenkins 07866244018. Look forward to hearing from you Chris.

Hi Ian,

I have just been looking at the dive forum, I didn't realise this site existed!! I am looking for a dive buddy in the south west area. I have dived mostly abroad with around 300 dives completed. I have been out of the game for a little while having had children etc. I have managed a couple of UK dives but not as much as I used to. Would you be interested in getting in touch about some UK dives this year? I thought I would send the same message to Ian, perhaps the 3 of us could get together? I am in Minehead so we wont be doing any diving too near me!! but I am happy to explore the delights we have around Devon and Cornwall on a regular basis, maybe further afield too. Best wishes James contact details.. James@beadells.com or 07739744525

Hi All,

My name is Mikey I'm 24 and a qualified AOW diver. I'm from the Sussex area and just looking to dive with more experienced divers so I can experience different things. On my AOW I did wreck dives, PPB, navigation, deep and dry suit so I can do a fair amount (I think). If you're looking for a buddy and don't mind a newbie tagging along let me know.
