Hello to all UK divers, and anyone outside the uk aswell i suppose. I am new to diving and from a young age wanted to be some form of marine biologist, and so thought about what i want to do in the future. But i have become very keen in SCUBA diving aswell. I have only been once but i loved every moment of it, and definately want to pursue my career "along the lines of this"

I went diving in Ireland and it was absolutely fabulous, and i am opting to maybe do an OW course. As an inexperienced and new person to the wonderful sport of diving i was wondering if anybody could give me any advice, anything would be a help eg.

-what course best to take
-simple breathing excercises etc
