Fun 2 Dive is the only scuba shop in the Orlando area with a charter service that serves both coast. Our Sanford shop is located just 20 minutes from North of Downtown Orlando Florida. Our Business is strictly water related. We offer all levels of Scuba Training, Retail Sales, Service. We have a large staff of skilled Captains, Instructors and Dive Masters that has a variety of Diving experiences.
Captain Joseph Detrick began diving in 1975 and hasn't stopped yet! With 30 years of dive experience, Capt. Joe is far and above the "Local Expert" in this area. His formal training includes ratings as a NAUI Instructor Trainer, SDI Instructor, TDI Instructor, & an IANTD Instructor and holds Certifications from NACD and the NSS/CDS. As a Rebreather Instructor for the Azimuth, Dragger, Military’s C-96. He also has taught the Bio-Med 60 and Bio-Med 80 units.
The NACD has appointed Captain Joe as their Regional Safety Officer for Central Florida.
